In co-operation with AIRPORTFORUM we developed methods and a system "Time recording at airports". It serves to record and evaluate handling- and control processes, like security checks for passengers and hand luggage.

However, analysis work at other areas (such as the gate or check-in-handling) are processed too. The software can be applied for the treatment of total as well as partial workflows. The program can be used at other industrial sectors or service areas.

The objectives of the system are the analysis of processes, peak traffic, etc. With the results different throughput problems and workflows can be optimized.
